Briar Bourne, 23

As the driving force behind the daily grind, Briar keeps every project running smooth and every detail sharp. Briar is also a US Army veteran and a mowing specialist who takes pride in making yards look flawless, complete with those signature stripes that catch your eye from a mile away. But Briar’s skills don’t stop there — he’s a natural leader who knows how to manage the team and operations like a pro.

Outside of work, Briar lives for the outdoors. Whether he’s fishing, hunting, or kayaking, he’s always chasing that next adventure and recharging in nature. When he’s not out in the wild, you’ll find him in the gym, pushing his limits to stay strong and ready for whatever the job demands. Like Zeb, Briar also coaches baseball in his free time, bringing the same passion, discipline, and leadership to the diamond as he does to the landscaping world.

Focused, hardworking, and dedicated to making every yard a masterpiece, Briar is the kind of operator who doesn’t settle for anything less than perfect.

Office Manager

Miranda McAllister (Mac), 28

Office Manager and the backbone behind the scenes.  Since joining the team in June 2024, Mac has been the steady force keeping the company running smooth and tight. From managing schedules to handling supplies and keeping communication flowing, she makes sure everything works like clockwork so the crew can focus on grinding hard.

When she’s not commanding the chaos of the office, Mac, also a US Army veteran, is a dedicated student majoring in kinesiology and exercise science, blending brains with grit and discipline. But don’t let the office work fool you — she’s a true outdoorswoman and rodeo ranch bronc rider, thriving on adrenaline and challenge. Her faith in Jesus is the foundation that keeps her grounded through every ride and every challenge she faces.

Whether she’s riding broncs or tackling the day-to-day demands of the business, Mac brings fearless spirit, strength, and a steady hand to everything she does.

Her unique mix of toughness, smarts, passion, and faith makes her an essential part of the team — the quiet engine that keeps this whole operation moving forward, no matter what.

Foreman

Ethan Cunningham, 19

Don’t let the age fool you—Ethan’s been hands-on in the field for over three years and has quickly proven himself as a reliable leader and skilled foreman. He brings a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and no-nonsense attitude to every job, setting the pace and standard for the crew. Raised on hard work and driven by discipline, Ethan approaches the work site the same way he approaches his training in MMA and fitness—with focus, intensity, and a constant hunger to improve.

Landscape Technician

Derek Garis, 20

Derek joined the team in 2023 and quickly proved he’s more than just another worker—he’s a grinder who shows up ready to work hard every single day. Balancing life as a student at Austin Peay University with the demands of landscaping, Derek knows what it means to hustle and stay focused. A football fan who brings that same competitive spirit to every job, he’s all about pushing limits and delivering results. Hardworking and dependable, Derek is building his skills and reputation one project at a time.

Landscape Technician

Logan Prater, 25

Logan came on board with Bourne Brothers in April 2025 and brought with him a powerhouse mix of grit, athleticism, and serious work ethic. Outside the job site, he’s a professional mixed martial artist, an avid motocross rider, and someone who never shies away from a good challenge—on the trail or in life. That same drive fuels his work every day. Logan is also a US army veteran.
Whether he’s on the mat, racing through dirt tracks, or navigating tough terrain on a hike, Logan thrives under pressure and always pushes for peak performance. On the job, he’s no different—dependable, focused, and always ready to go the extra mile. He doesn’t just work hard—he works smart, fast, and with purpose. A valuable part of the crew and a force to be reckoned with, Logan shows up every day ready to outwork yesterday.

Landscape Technician

John Atchley, 20

John joined the team a year ago and wasted no time proving he’s all about the grind. Balancing his studies at Austin Peay State University with the demands of landscaping, John knows what it takes to juggle hard work on all fronts. When he’s not hitting the books or the job site, you’ll find him pushing his limits at the gym, constantly working to get stronger and sharper. His dedication, discipline, and drive make him a vital part of the team, always ready to tackle whatever challenge comes next. John’s hustle doesn’t quit — whether it’s school, work, or fitness, he’s all in.

Lead Mower

Mason Doyle, 22

Mower and fighter rolled into one. Mason joined the team in May 2025 and immediately brought a fierce energy that you can feel in every cut of the grass. Outside the job, he’s an amateur kickboxing champion, known for his discipline and knockout power. With pro ambitions on the horizon, Mason trains like a warrior—pushing limits, sharpening skills, and never backing down from a challenge. That same relentless focus and work ethic carry over to his landscaping work, where precision and consistency matter just as much as in the ring. Mason’s not just mowing yards—he’s building a legacy, one stripe at a time.
